Did not receive my packages
The delivery driver did not make an attempt to knock on my door or he could have at least try to make a 2nd delivery attempt. My package was stolen!! I am very angry about this situation

I’ve been trying for several weeks to get hold of Shein Canada, I ordered this package back in April. I can’t remember the date.
My name is Bernadette Montrait. I ordered a package from you back in April when I ordered the clothes I ordered the right size but for some reason, your large does not fit me.
I can buy large any other store and Ive had no problem. I went by your measurements and unfortunately, yours large does not fit me. Your large actually fits my granddaughter that is ordered from you many times in a small. Could you explain that to me the top that I ordered for them?
I had to pull from my shoulders down my whole body and order to get the top off without destroying it, what else can I say? Im asking have my money back. I will re-order another way of doing it. I dont think I should have to fight like *** to get my money back.
My granddaughter has ordered quite a bit from you and theres no phone number to reach you and thats not right some of us dont know the computers. Charged extra on debit card
Hello, my Romwe order that I just purchased was a total of $34.72. However , my card got charged $47.41.

Sending me updates and emails saying there an issue but when I log in I can’t see my order
Pissed off need answers emailing me updates but when I log in I can't find my order I have a disappointed bday girl I need to talk to someone. Their chat bot is *** they dont even have an option for what I want to say.
The post office a block from house they deliver Sundays packages and stuff I dont want it returned I just need to figure out what wrong but hey lets have a company Thats takes millions from consumers will help you with advice on life if your buying but oh my god if a customer got an issue we busy.
Just like Afterpay you have serious question send a ticket so you can get answers days later that leave you with more questions. As you see below are pictures of everything and cant get answers

my names alyssa and i ordered pants from you on the 28th of December 2020, i got the confirmation email and everything but then when i checked in my messages for romwe it said the pants had been cancelled? i wanted to know why they had been cancelled.
im upset because if i dont receive those pants with my order then i cant get that money back considering i payed with a visa gift card. please get back to me as soon as you can on how this happened, my options and my solutions because im quite upset that i spent Christmas money on something that i wont be receiving.
