I'm writing on behalf of my partner, Megan Harris. She has unsuccessfully reached out to your customer service in order to receive a full refund on items that were never delivered.
The original charge from Romwe was $187.28 on Sep 13, 2021. She has now just been charged another $187.28 today (Mar 7, 2022), even though she has not purchased anything. She does not have any order information from your site because her account "doesn't exist" according to your website.
We have full evidence from her banking information of these bills from Romwe.
We have contacted her bank in order to freeze the payment, and we will be contacting the police and seeking legal remedies if you do not refund her the FULL $374.56.
Please fix this issue. My contact number is +1 60* *** ****.
